When a UNSC ship needs a problem to never reach the log.
Voidstalker is brought up from Bless and routed through Navy black-bag channels. The op happens. The op is not there.

Bless is a private military company embedded across every UNSC branch.Houses are chartered into branches. Units are chartered into houses. The branches are sealed — no new ones will ever exist. Everything else grows.
Seven UNSC branches. The houses chartered into each. The units chartered into each house. What you see below is the entire company, live.
Bless is contracted. Bless does not crew capital ships, garrison strongpoints, or assault planets. Bless inserts the operatives who decide what those forces find.
Voidstalker is brought up from Bless and routed through Navy black-bag channels. The op happens. The op is not there.
Warden is quietly rotated into garrison under Army contract. The line holds. The citation is filed under a different uniform.
Wrathborne is sent in to clear it. The breach happens fast, hot, and somewhere else on paper.
These are the doctrines chartered into Bless so far. The other branches are open — any operative with the experience, the backing, and a feasible doctrine can found one.
AIR FORCE · ODST · SPARTAN. Found one. The charter is permanent — even if the entire unit deserts, the seat can be re-crewed.
The lattice is not a hierarchy of access — it is a hierarchy of secrets. What a unit knows, only the unit knows. What a house knows, only the house knows. The branches don't know each other at all.
A branch is assigned, never requested. You are tapped on the shoulder by a Field Marshal — or you are not. The seven exist; no more will.
Houses don't share doctrine, rosters, or comms. The Voidstalkers do not know what the Wardens are doing. They are not supposed to. You can request to move.
A unit's roster, callsign, and objective are private to its own table. Other units in the same house do not see it. You can request to move.

Your branch is your dispatch. Your house is your doctrine. Your unit is your seat. Your rank is a company-wide climb, independent of all three.
High Command → Field Marshals of each resident House → House Captains running doctrine → Unit Commanders running regiments → Warrant Officers in the field. Vacant seats are how the lattice grows.
Warrant Officers are the entire layer between leadership and the public domain. They aren't volunteers — they're authorized mentors. Every path to Bless leadership runs through a Warrant Officer.
Leadership leads. Warrant Officers correct. They hold the standard inside every lobby, every drill, every VOD.
Fixated on a single craft — movement, lore, comms, stealth, refereeing — and there are as many Warrant Officers per craft as the community needs.
If anything happens to a Mayor, the Warrant Officers are who the room turns to. Acquiring this seat is how you prove you're angled toward leadership.
NOWVoidstalker, Warden, Wrathborne. Each chartered into its branch. Each receiving units.
NEXTAir Force, ODST, Spartan, ONI all hold open charters. The next founding officer writes the next doctrine.
LATERHouses receive multiple units. Units specialize. Branches stay sealed. The company becomes a fleet of small, silent rooms.

Apply to join an existing unit, or — if you have the experience and the backing — file the charter that founds a new one.
