Tuesday is open intake. Thursday is tiered by self-reported skill (we audit honestly — sandbagging gets you sat). Saturday is the closed roster: invited captains, deepest reps, hardest VOD review.

Yes — that's what Montage Mondays is. Every Saturday closed match gets at least one fireteam review the following Monday.
