Roles, billets and decorations.

One table for the whole company. Global rank governs authority. Billets govern rosters. Decorations govern the service record. Nothing here is negotiable at the local level.

Section I · Global authority

Rank

Civilian and Spartan are earned by standing. Warrant Officer and above are appointed by an officer of higher rank.

Section II · Decorations

Commendation medals

Each decoration carries a fixed EXP value and a minimum conferring rank. Every award requires a written citation. Governors and above may revoke a decoration, which reverses its EXP.

Meritorious Service Medal
Outstanding non-combat meritorious achievement in a position of responsibility.

Distinguished Service Medal
Exceptionally meritorious service in a duty of great responsibility.
12president +
Legion of Merit
The company's highest decoration. Conferred by the Founder alone.
20founder +
Custom Citation
A written citation for an act with no standing decoration. EXP capped at 3.
1–3warrant officer +

Civilians hold no service record — no EXP, no decorations. Enlist to open one.

Section III · Billets

Roster roles

Fixed role sets with fixed permissions. The owner of each roster assigns them; official dossier copy and imagery remain centrally controlled.

Charter / House

Assigned by the charter owner. Governs a house's internal administration.

The trust layer.

The entire seam between leadership and public domain. Multiple Warrant Officers can hold the same specialty — example, five Stealth Voidstalker Trainer Warrant Officers, all actively coaching. While leadership leads, Warrant Officers correct.
