Casual 8s is the open side of competitive Bless. You post your CSR. We sort you into your truest-skill bracket — high onyx with high onyx, low diamond with low diamond. Then you play, you sweat, you grow.
There are no rosters here. There are nights, hosts, wheels, and a Discord LFG channel that never sleeps. The lobby is the classroom.
Above the nights sits a Prime Minister, five Bracket Field Marshals (one per CSR band), and a Lobby Ops Mayor who knows every player. Warrant Officers actually run the nights — they spin the wheels and host the games.

We do this so you can find your truest skill — so your VOD reviews are authentic. You can see where you truly need to improve, and where you truly mistaked, amongst peers. It's hard to truly judge yourself when you're going against an Onyx 1900 who knows how to control the lobby. Can't grow too efficiently that way.

Warrant Officers are the entire layer between leadership and the public domain. They aren't volunteers — they're authorized mentors. Every path to Bless leadership runs through a Warrant Officer.
Leadership leads. Warrant Officers correct. They hold the standard inside every lobby, every drill, every VOD.
Fixated on a single craft — movement, lore, comms, stealth, refereeing — and there are as many Warrant Officers per craft as the community needs.
If anything happens to a Mayor, the Warrant Officers are who the room turns to. Acquiring this seat is how you prove you're angled toward leadership.
