Tuesdays and weekends. We see how you communicate, handle new players, and recover from losses before we care how hot your shot is.
Sit in office hours.
Wednesday coaching, VOD reviews, theory. Coachability is half the bar.
Earn a scrim seat.
Thursday / Saturday. Rotating 8s. Show up enough and the roster picks itself.
Honest tape. Honest calls.
Every scrim is recorded. Every recording gets a 30-minute pass with the captains — call-outs, rotations, trades, comms hygiene. No drama, no ego lectures, just the next rep done better than the last.
