Five constructives forces precision — vague "you're bad at positioning" gets traded for "Lockout top-mid, you over-peeked twice at 4:12 and 7:33."

What clip length is allowed?+
Full games preferred. Hard cap is 12 minutes per clip, 3 clips per Spartan. Context shapes the feedback — montage edits hide the moments worth reviewing.
Can I submit anonymously?+
Yes. Reviewer-side is already anonymized; you can opt to anonymize submitter-side too. Notes still land in your private channel.
What if I get harsh feedback?+
Flag the review. Mods read every flagged note. 'Constructive ≠ harsh' is doctrine — reviewers who breach it lose the seat. Receiving honest critique respectfully is also a skill we're building.
Where do the clips and notes live?+
Clips in the Vault (purged after 30 days unless marked archive). Notes in the pair's private channel, permanent. Aggregated patterns surface anonymously in the doctrine archive.
1–3 clips per Spartan. Full recorded games preferred — context matters.
Once submissions close, VODs are anonymously distributed across the fireteam.
